Join us for a special cheese collaboration dinner!
We are excited to announce our first chef collaboration dinner at Urban Stead Cheese. We'll be partnering with Chef Corey Cova and his wife Kelly to curate a cheese-focused menu alongside wine pairings.
“Mister Gnarley is a series of small dinners in Cincinnati from Corey and Kelly Cova, working with people who grow and make good things nearby. Corey cooked aboard a Navy submarine, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and cooked at Momofuku Ssäm Bar before opening Earl’s Beer & Cheese, ABV and Dough Loco in Manhattan, followed by Porkchop Slims in California. Now they’re working toward a little place of their own in Cincinnati.
For now, dinner happens here and there.”
