Cheese Ambassador (Bartender/Server) - Now Hiring!
In this front-of-house role, you'll be serving our guests food and beverages.
This is an ideal position for someone that loves cheese and working with amazing customers, has front-of-house experience (preferably serving and/or bartending experience) and excels at providing exceptional customer service while working alongside a group of fantastic team members.
Our Tasting Room is open Friday and Saturday. Candidates can expect one to two shifts per weekend with opportunities to work an occasional event during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve table and bar customers
Understand our cheeses, our story, our processes and share them with our clientele
Prepare house cocktails, serve beer and wine
Have at least a general understanding of wine
Assist customers with making cheese, wine and other retail selections
Work POS register (Toast)
Assist cheese team when needed (and available) with retail checkout
Interface with customers to explain the cheeses on their boards and recommend pairings
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas in compliance with safety regulations
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to food safety protocols
Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness
Qualifications

Cheeseboard Artist/Retail Associate - Now Hiring!
Responsibilities for cheese team members include, but are not limited to: crafting beautiful cheeseboards, working with customers to help them make cheese and retail product selections, working knowledge of POS station (Toast), excellent customer service, attention to cleanliness and food safety, maintaining retail inventory, ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Cheesemaker
We are seeking an experienced, skilled and passionate Artisan Cheesemaker to join our team and to work with our Head Cheesemaker in learning how to lead our team in making our cheese. This full-time role requires hands-on experience in dairy processing, with a focus on cheese-making as well as affinage. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce artisan cheeses following established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and production areas in compliance with safety regulations
Monitor and control processing parameters to ensure product quality and safety
Assist with inventory management and raw material handling
Document production processes and maintain accurate records
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to food safety protocols
Qualifications
Proven experience in dairy processing, particularly cheesemaking
Knowledge of dairy equipment, pasteurization, and sanitation procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy loads when necessary
Excellent teamwork and communication skills

The ideal candidate is hard-working, reliable and dependable, process-oriented, works well on a team as well as in an individual capacity, is eager to learn and has a high level of attention to food safety. This is a physical, but highly rewarding position with growth potential. Experience in food service, and of course cheese, is a great background, but experience is not a requirement for hiring - we would love to teach the right candidate.
