Tomme d’Evanston

This fresh-tasting elegant alpine-style cheese is mild and nutty, with subtleties of fresh straw and a hint of mustard on the finish. This cheese is perfect for a cheese board, but is also a great melting cheese, similar to a gruyère cheese. Tomme is typically named for the place in which it is made, thus we’ve given a nod to the neighborhood where we’ve laid our roots with this cheese.

Fresh creamy farmer’s cheese made in the traditional Eastern-European style.
