Celebrating Women’s History Month at Urban Stead
The month of March is Women’s History Month, and to celebrate that we are partnering with our neighbors, Bethany House Services. For over 40 years, Bethany house has empowered families to reach self-sufficiency and prevent repeat episodes of homelessness.
As a woman owned business ourselves, we believe in the power of supporting women in our communities, and celebrating the strength they bring to our world. In honor of this, we will be donating $1 from all Tasting Room 12oz Quark sales during the month of March directly to this mission.
Bethany House’s vision is to live in a community where all families have a place to call home, and no one spends a night without shelter. For that reason, they recognize four affinity months throughout the year that honor traditionally marginalized groups who are especially represented in the families they serve.
